Tracking a Package

Enjoy the ride every step of the way. After making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log-in to your account at any time to track your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. That shipping receipt will also contain the tracking number with a link to track your order.

How to Modify/Cancel Your Order

We all change our mind sometimes. If you've submitted an order online that hasn't shipped yet, and you wish to modify or cancel the order, please give our Customer Relations Manager a call at our Main Office located inside our sister store Jonathan's at 1-877-218-0442.

Can I place an order from outside the USA?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option as of now. However, you can purchase internationally directly from the Life is Good website.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

Life is Good - Gatlinburg currently accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

What if I do not receive my order?

If after tracking your order you are still unable to determine where your order is, please call us at our Main Office located inside our sister store Jonathan's at 1-877-218-0442 for assistance.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

If you need your order at your door by a specific date, please refer to the shipping methods below to find the appropriate option. Feel free to give us a call at our Main Office located inside our sister store Jonathan's at 1-877-218-0442 if you would like some assistance. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays.) Expedited shipping orders (Next Day and Two Day) if received by 2pm EST will ship out the same day. Expedited orders received after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. All expedited orders require a street address (no PO Boxes).

Standard Ground (order before 2PM EST) - 2-7 Business Days - $6.00
Two-Day (order before 2PM EST) - 2 Business Days - $20.00
Next Day (order before 2PM EST) - 1 Business Days - $25.00

*Price is subject to change without notice and can rise and fall depending on shipping coordinators market value. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs regardless of change.

I’m looking for a Life is Good® product that I don’t see on your website. Is there any way I can order it?

At Life is Good®, we like to keep it fresh, and our collections are updated often to stay in-tune with the season. The dynamic nature of our product selection means that sometimes specific items can be difficult to track-down. lifeaccordingtojake.com reflects the most up-to-date availability of our products. If you do not see a product on our website, it may not be available through us at the current time. Feel free to contact us directly as not all inventory of our GNS is available online.

The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it ship when it’s available again?

If the words “out of stock” appear next to the size selection of an item, the item is currently unavailable, and while we wish we had more to offer, there is no guarantee that product will be restocked. Please call customer service at 877-218-0442 for more details on a given product.

How long does it take to get a refund or an exchange?

We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of the package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement. If you had an exchange order, you will receive a tracking number with the outbound shipment of the order.
