Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays.) Expedited shipping orders (Next Day and Two Day) if received by 2pm EST will ship out the same day. Expedited orders received after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. All expedited orders require a street address (no PO Boxes).

We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of the package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement. If you had an exchange order, you will receive a tracking number with the outbound shipment of the order.
